Do you take walk-ins or do I absolutely need an appointment?
Walk-ins are totally welcome, based on availability ( First in, first serves basis). Consultation is free of charge up to a certain reasonable time but for better service, it is recommended to take an appointment which allows time for the tattoo artist and yourself to plan your session accordingly, especially when desiring a custom tattoo.
How do you I book an appointment?
Availability can be checked by phone. However, appointments can only be booked at our location. If it is your first session, we encourage you to ask for a free consultation with one of our artists in order to discuss about your design and answer some few questions prior to your appointment. Kindly note that each artist offer a maximum free consultation time of 10 mins off their schedule.
After the consultation, you can make an appointment with one of our coordinators at the reception desk. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is deducted from the cost of your tattoo. 48hrs notice for appointment changes or cancellations shall be made or it will be forfeited.
Piercings do not require any deposit.
I am out of the country. Can I still ask for a free consultation or book an appointment?

Does getting a tattoo hurt?
You will definitely feel something but the pain varies from person to person depending on each’s sensibility. But don’t worry, after completion of your tattoo, the pain will be worth the value!
How much does a tattoo cost?
This depends on the dimension of the tattoo but also on the amount of time the artist requires to complete your piece. You can be given an estimation of the price through free consultations. However, large pieces require more time and are often completed through various sessions which spread their costs depending on how far you want your design to go.
How old do I need to be to get a tattoo/piercing?
You need to be 18 years old or above and present a valid proof of identity. Underage people can obtain a tattoo/piercing only with parental consent.
Can you cover-up scars and stretch marks?
Of course. However, scars can be covered depending on their age and severity. You should wait for at least 6 months to a year in order to cover it. Your tattoo artist is able to judge if it is possible during the free consultations.
How do I prepare for a tattoo?
Research is best to prepare for a tattoo as it will be for a life-time. It is encouraged to bring along to your appointment any pictures or ideas in order to help the artist envision your design.
Avoid any alcohol, drug or intoxications for at least 36hrs before getting your tattoo done.
What if I have allergies/diseases?
We pride ourselves for our clean environment. Our crew also use quality and tested ink with up-to-date autoclave sterilisation techniques and ultrasound equipments. All needles and gloves are single use to ensure the best care for your skin. You can consult your tattoo artist for further information but please ensure yourself to inform management regarding any allergies or disease prior to your appointment.
What is the aftercare for my tattoo?
Our coordinators at the reception desk will provide you with a leaflet and will go through the aftercare procedures before you leave our studio. Aftercare can also be reviewed through the ‘Aftercare’ section.
